A lot of restaurants try to offer something for everyone. That's nice and it probably brings in a lot of people, but that's not what we're about. We're about BBQ. We decided before we got started that we would rather do a few things exceptionally well than offer a greater variety at the expense of quality. Everything from our ribs and brisket to our cole slaw and beans have been meticulously developed and lovingly prepared to bring our customers the best BBQ that we can make.
